The Congress shall maintain, promote and project the following aims and objectives:

1. Foster education and development in Umulokpa
2. Create a forum for the educational, socio-cultural and moral development of Umulokpa Clan
3. Create an enabling environment for the campaign and mobilization of our people towards educational growth and political awareness
4. Foster the spirit of unity, trust, understanding, fraternal love, and co-operation in the Clan
5. Imbibe the spirit of teamwork and encourage cordial, fruitful relationship among all members
6. Initiate and execute programmes and projects aimed at enhancing the socio-cultural, educational, and political upliftment of her members in particular and the clan in general
7. Promote, maintain, and defend the integrity of Umulokpa Clan in dealings with other neighboring clans, communities, and the larger society
8. Do such other things that are incidental or conducive to the achievement of any of the objectives
